I’m Ahmed Khoja: ten-plus years turning paid media into app users who actually stay, and the measurement to prove it.
I’ve spent over a decade running app and full-funnel user acquisition across fintech, financial services and consumer apps in the GCC, hands-on across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok and Snapchat. Along the way I specialised in the layer most marketers route around: measurement. MMP and attribution, event optimisation, SKAdNetwork, and lifetime value by channel.
That’s where I’ve seen the biggest budgets quietly won and lost. Plenty of teams can launch campaigns; far fewer can tell you, honestly, which channel is bringing users who convert and stay. I built my whole practice on being able to answer that question with numbers that hold up.
I work with a small number of app companies at a time, directly. No account manager, no junior, no hand-off, just senior judgment on every decision, in both Arabic and English markets.
If a number can’t be defended, it doesn’t get reported.
The results on the homepage case file (onboards +70%, paid installs ~6×, in six months) are MMP-verified against identical year-on-year windows, with spend from platform actuals. That’s the reporting standard every engagement gets: one source of truth, one bottom-of-funnel KPI, and numbers you can repeat to your board without me in the room.
I build the plan and run the accounts. The same person does both, so nothing gets lost between the deck and the dashboard.
MMP and attribution done right, the scarce skill that decides who scales efficiently in a privacy-first world.
Arabic and English markets, GCC-based, working with app teams remotely worldwide.
